By initializing, installing, or invoking the Autonomous Hackathon Team Agent (via CLI, Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode, or Remote MCP), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
The agent is authorized to execute financial payments up to a strict cap of $100.00 USD per hackathon session via Prava Virtual Visa Cards. Any attempt by automated loops or manual prompts to bypass budget mandates will throw an error and terminate execution immediately.
Domain registrations, cloud database instances, API credits, and vector brand assets are provisioned through respective third-party providers via Remote MCP protocols (Namecheap, Porkbun, Cloudflare, Supabase, Vercel, Resend). You retain 100% root ownership of all accounts and resources created during execution.
Zero PCI Exposure & Biometric Safety
Raw credit card details (PAN, CVV, Expiry) are tokenized via Prava's secure sandbox session endpoints (https://sandbox.api.prava.space/v1/sessions). No raw card credentials are ever stored, persisted, or exposed inside AI prompt contexts or server databases.
Project titles, target domain names, and generated asset metadata are processed strictly for fulfilling the hackathon stack orchestration request. We never sell, monetise, or train public models on your private project code or secret keys.
FIDO2 biometrics and passkey verifications are performed on secure client-side origins (https://...ngrok-free.app or production SSL domains) in full compliance with WebAuthn specifications.
